All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also accept Paypal payments.

Question: What is your shipping policy within the United States?
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major and national holidays, from San Francisco, CA. Every attempt is made to fill and ship your order in the timeliest fashion. Delivery is made by USPS Priority Mail unless directed otherwise. Once your payment is authorized and your package has shipped we will send you an email with tracking number. Below are the shipping methods we currently offer:

We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses. Tempest + Bentley is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature and other uncontrollable events. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Question: What is your International Shipping policy?
We will ship to Canada or anywhere in the world for $40 (some exceptions). All international packages are sent via USPS International Priority Mail. Delivery time ranges from 6-14 days depending on how efficient your country’s custom agents are. Sometimes it may take longer. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in by the Postal Service. Tempest + Bentley is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature and other uncontrollable events.

For items shipped outside of the United States, you accept the risk of loss and title of that merchandise upon delivery to the carrier. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and you will be responsible for paying all additional charges for customs clearance. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from tempestbentley.com, you expressly acknowledge that you are the importer and agree to comply with all laws and regulations of your country; to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you related to your purchase from us.
Although your privacy is important to us, please be advised that international shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities. We may provide certain product information, such as a description to our international carriers, and/or customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and compliance with local laws.
Refused shipments are not the responsibility of Tempest + Bentley. Tempest + Bentley will not be responsible for any fees charged by customs or other tax authorities. If you refuse any shipments from Tempest + Bentley, you remain responsible for all original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs incurred on the package (original and return shipments) and the cost of returning the package to Tempest + Bentley. We will subtract this amount from your merchandise refund, if any.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We gladly accept exchanges on pre-ordered items. We accept exchanges and returns on in season, full price, non pre-order items. Exchanges on pre-ordered items are accepted within 10 business days of the delivery date. Pre-ordered items are eligible for exchange only and not return. If 10 business days have passed since the arrival of your pre-ordered item, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit. Exchanges and returns on in season, non pre-order items are accepted within 10 business days of the delivery date, on full price items only. If 10 business days have passed on your in season order, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange, refund or store credit. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. Soiled, damaged, washed or compromised merchandise will not be accepted, so please exercise caution when trying on garments.
Items sent back, that are eligible for exchange or return, must be and should be sent prepaid via USPS, FedEx or UPS. We will not accept CODs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, Tempest + Bentley will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Packages should be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please contact us and request an exchange.
Once your eligible exchange or return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You may accept store credit, valid for one year or a refund on eligible purchases, to your original method of payment or Paypal account. Refunds take up to 14 days to process.
Be sure to reach out to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for any exchange or return requests. We will confirm your request with an exchange or return request number to include in your exchange or return package. Please include a note in your exchange or return package with the following:
- Exchange or return number and your original order number
- Whether you’d like a refund or exchange for a different item
- If eligible for a refund, if you would like like a store credit or a refund to your original method of payment
- Reason for exchange or return. Some possible options: item did not fit, unhappy with style/color, received incorrect product, item was defective, other.
